Reviews and Ratings
I had a lovely stay at Portobay Liberdade, enjoying the hotel's quiet atmosphere and friendly staff. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to Avenida de Liberdade and local attractions. However, there were a few minor issues, like some discrepancies with our room service bill and a wait for our taxi. Overall, it offered great value for a 4-star experience.
I had a pretty good stay overall at the hotel, but there were definitely some highs and lows. The deluxe room I booked was spacious and clean, with a nice quiet balcony, which was a real treat. However, the service at the front desk didn't quite meet my expectations, as they seemed a bit indifferent. The location was spot-on, making it easy for me to explore the city without any hassle.
My stay at Portobay Liberdade was good, highlighted by the really good service from the staff and the fantastic breakfast options. However, there were a few hiccups, such as a noisy construction view from my initial room and a couple of service lapses at the rooftop bar.
My stay at Portobay Liberdade was an overall great experience, with a beautiful location, high standards of cleanliness, and exceptionally friendly staff 😊. However, I did encounter minor issues with room service billing and delays with taxi requests. These small frustrations didn't overshadow the fantastic ambiance and amenities of the hotel.
I had a mix of experiences during my stay. While the staff were friendly and the location was perfect for exploring Lisbon, the stained carpets in my room were a huge downside. The rooftop bar and spa were definite highlights, adding to the relaxed atmosphere of the hotel.
